 Notice for Application of Namsan Haksa Dormitory residence during winter vacation for International Students

1. 대상 : 2019-2학기 외국인 재학생(학부/대학원)

    For Whom: International Students who are enrolling for undergraduate/graduate program in 2019.

    * 교환학생은 국제교류센터로 신청 (crystal557@dongguk.edu)

      Exchange students must apply to International Relations Center(crystal557@dongguk.edu)

2. 입사기간 (Period of Residence) : 2019. 12. 23(월) ~ 2020. 2. 21(금)

3. 기숙사비 (Dormitory Fees)

※ 2019-2학기 현재 거주자 중 최초 6개월 신청자(2020. 2월까지 거주)는 추가신청하실 필요 없습니다.

※ 식권은 식당에서 별도 구입 Meal Tickets are to be bought individually.

※ 입사 보증금은 퇴실 시 비품, 시설에 훼손이 없을 시 전액 환불

Deposit will be refunded after the student has checked out and if nothing is damaged or lost in the dormitory.

4. 신청 기간 (Application period) : 2019. 10. 22(화) ~ 11. 7.(목) 까지

※ 위 정해진 기간에만 신청 가능합니다. Please apply for the dormitory during the designated period above.

5. 신청 방법 (Application method) : 온라인신청 (바로가기 Click)

6. 기숙사 신청 제한 (Restriction for Applying)

2019-1학기(휴학생일 경우, 직전학기) 성적 평점평균이 2.5 미만인 자, 기숙사 거주 중 벌점을 많이 받은 학생은 기숙사 신청 불가

Students who got GPA lower than 2.5 in their very recent semester or those who got a large amount of penalty points during their stay in the dormitory are not allowed to apply for last semester.

7. 합격자 발표 (Announcement) : 2019. 11. 11(월) 이메일로 개별통보

Successful Applicants will be notified via email individually on 11th November, 2019

8. 기숙사비 납부 (Dormitory Payment) : 2019. 11. 18(월) ~ 11. 19(화) 17:00까지.
