Notice of Dormitory on Seoul Campus Application

1. 대상(For Whom)

  2023-2학기 외국인 재학생 / 신(편)입생 (학부/대학원) International students who are enrolling undergraduate / graduate program for the fall semester, 2023.

* 교환학생은 글로벌교류팀으로 신청 Exchange students must apply to Office of International Relations

2. 기숙사 안내 (기숙사명을 클릭하시면 더 자세한 정보를 확인할 수 있습니다.)

※ 기존 거주자 및 GKS 장학생은 남산학사 배정을 원칙으로 함 Current residents and GKS scholars will stay Namsan Residence.

※ 4개월 신청자 중 일부는 충무학사로 무작위 배정될 예정 Some of the applicants who applied for the four-month term will be randomly assigned to Chungmu Residence.

※ 기숙사비는 남산학사 비용을 기준으로 수납, 추후 신청한 개월 수에 따라 충무학사로 배정 뒤 정산 예정

   Dormitory fees are based on Namsan Residence. Please note that they will be re-calculated after room assignment. 

※ 입사 후 입사기간 연장/단축/환불이 불가능하므로 신중하게 고려 후 기간선택 요망

Withdrawing, refunding, extending or shortening of the stay period is not allowed after checking in.

※ 4개월 거주자는 2023.11월 중 겨울방학 입사신청 시 연장신청 가능

4 months’ residents are eligible to extend their stay for the winter vacation in November, 2023.

※ 충무학사는 4개월 신청자만 거주할 예정이며, 겨울학기 연장신청 시 남산학사로 이동하여 거주해야할 수도 있음

Only applicants who have applied for the four-month term will be staying at Chungmu Residence. However, in the event of an extension application for the winter semester, it is possible that residents may need to move to Namsan Residence for accommodation.

※ 시설관리비(3만원)은 신규신청자만 해당, 환불 불가

The facility management fee payment(₩30,000) is only applied to new applicants and is non-refundable.

※ 위 기숙사비에 식비는 포함되지 않음 (별도 구입)

Meal tickets are not included(should be bought individually).

4. 신청 일정 Application Period

★ 우선 선발 Priority

1. 정부초청장학생 KGSP(GKS) Scholar

2. 2023-1학기 학부 신(편)입생 New Undergraduate Students

3. 2023-2학기 대학원 신입생 New Graduate School Students

4. 재학생은 직전학기 성적순 High GPA scores at last semester

※ 신청자가 많을 경우 일부 신청자는 입사가 제한될 수 있습니다.

If there are a lot of applicants, students may be restricted from occupying the dormitory residence.

5. 신청 바로가기 Apply (Click) / 신청기간에만 OPEN 됨.

6. 유의사항 Notice

- 해외거주자의 경우, 입국 후 기숙사에서 자가격리하는 것은 불가합니다. For ones staying overseas, self-quarantine in the dorm after entering Korea is not allowed.

- 2023-2학기 입사기준일 이후 퇴사신청(입학포기 포함)시 환불규정에 의거 차감 환불 또는 환불금액이 없을 수 있습니다. Be aware of that refund is not paid in full if cancellation or withdrawal is made after check-in date.

-기숙사 입사 시 제출 서류는 다음과 같습니다.

It is mandatory for all international students to submit following documents.

1. 여권 원본(종이 사본 불가) 확인

Passport(Photocopies are not accepted)

2. 흉부 X-ray 결과 확인서(입사일 기준 30일 이내의 서류만 가능, 종이로 제출)

Chest X-ray result confirmation (only documents issued within 30 days prior to the move-in date are accepted, must be submitted in paper format)

3. 외국인 등록증 발급 이전인 경우, 실비보험 및 여행자 보험 가입 확인서 제출

If you have not yet been issued a foreigner registration card, please provide a confirmation of private insurance or travel insurance that covers your stay in Korea.
