2023-2학기 일반대학원 외국인 입학전형합격자 등록금 납부(Payment of Tuition Fee)

■ 등록금 납부

1. 등록기간

  - 2023. 7. 3.(월) 09:00 ~ 21:00

  - 2023. 7. 4.(화)~7.5.(수) 09:00 ~ 17:00

2. 고지서 출력 -> Click (https://mdrims.dongguk.edu/gIpsi?uid=FF16F51F700C401DE05398A15ED2137B)

  ※ 고지서 출력 : 링크 내 오른쪽 상단 ‘고지서출력’ 버튼 클릭

3. 로그인 방법 : ID : 수험번호 / PW : 생년월일(YYMMDD)

4. 납부방법

  ① 은행창구납부(신한은행,국민은행) 또는 온라인 계좌이체

  ② 위챗페이(微信支付)를 통한 위완화 결제(붙임 매뉴얼 참조)

    → 신한은행 홈페이지 접속(https://www.shinhan.com/hpe/index.jsp#041007010000)

    → 학교선택 '52802-동국대 동국대학원(서울신'

    → 수험번호 입력

    → 고지서 상의 개인가상계좌번호 입력 후'확인'클릭 하여 결제

5. 납부확인 : 등록금 납부 완료 후 '등록금납부확인' 버튼클릭

6. 유의사항

  ① 해외에서의 송금은 절대 불가하오니 국내은행에서 납부하시기 바랍니다.

  ② 기간 내에 등록금을 납부하지 않으면 자동 불합격됩니다. 반드시 기간 내에 납부바랍니다.

  ③ SRD합격자는 등록금을 납부하지 않아도 됩니다. (합격자 명단은 별도 확인 가능하니,이메일회신 불필요)

■ 미제출서류 보완제출 : Click (http://ipsi2.uwayapply.com/gradu/Dongguk/1/service/arrival.htm)

  - 제출처: 혜화관 5층 543호 글로벌학생팀 (#M543, Office of International Students, Hyehwa building)

■(VISA)표준입학허가서 발급

  ① 일시: 2023. 7. 10 이후

  ② 표준입학허가서 발급은 등록금 납부 후 + 미비서류 없는 경우에만 가능

  ③ 발급 방법: 원서접수 당시에 작성한 이메일주소로 글로벌학생팀에서 이메일 발송

■ Tuition Fee Payment

1. Period of Tuition fee payment

  - 2023. 7. 3.(Mon) 09:00 ~ 21:00

  - 2023. 7. 4.(Tue)~7.5.(Wed) 09:00 ~ 17:00

2. Print out the tuition bill -> Click (https://mdrims.dongguk.edu/gIpsi?uid=FF16F51F700C401DE05398A15ED2137B)

  ※ Click "고지서출력" on the right-upper side of the pop-up window.

3. How to Login : ID : Examination Number / PW : Birth Date(YYMMDD)

4. How to pay

  ① Pay by visiting the Bank(Shinhan or KB)/ Also by online banking)

  ② Use Wechat pay(please refer below manual attached below))

    → access to https://www.shinhan.com/hpe/index.jsp#041007010000)

    → select '52802-동국대 동국대학원(서울신'

    → enter application number

   → enter the your own account number indicated in tuition bill, and click the ‘확인’ button.

5. Confirmation of payment : Press '등록금납부확인' button after completed pay the tuition fee

6. Notes

  ① Registration payment must be made via Korean bank only. Wiring from overseas bank is not allowed.

  ② Must paid withing the period. If not, acceptance will be cancelled.

  ③ Sucessful SRD applicants do not need to pay the Tuition Fee, donot need to send apply information, we can checK through Graduate SchoolTeam after apply period)

■ (VISA)Issuance of Certificate of Admission

  ①  Period : 2023. 7. 10. ~

  ②  Issuance of Certificate of Admission will be given only after payment iscomplete, If there are any unsubmitteddocuments for admission, certificate issuance is not               acceptable.

  ③ How to receive the certificate : Office of International Students will send it by Email
