Notice of Goyanghaksa Dormitory residence Application

1. 대상 : 2026-2학기 학부 및 대학원 신··편입생

     For Whom : International Students who are enrolling for undergraduate / graduate program Fall semester, 2026.

2. 입사기간 Period of Residence

- 4개월(For 4 months) : 2026. 8. 21(금) ~ 2026. 12. 22(화)
- 6개월(For 6 months) : 2026. 8. 21(금) ~ 2027. 2. 15(월)

* 입사보증금은 퇴사시 시설 및 비품에 대한 훼손에 따라 규정에 의해 환불됨. (1일 기준 2인 1실 / 11,000원)

6. 기타사항 Notice

- 2026-2학기 입사기준일(2026.8.21)이후 퇴사신청(입사포기 포함)시 환불규정에 의거 차감환불 또는 환불금액이 없을 수도 있습니다.

- If you submit a resignation (including withdrawal of admission) after the employment reference date for the first semester of 2026 (August 21, 2026), refunds may be partially deducted or may not be issued in accordance with the refund policy.

- 신청마감일이후 호실유형 및 입사기간 변경(연장/단축)이 불가능합니다.

- No changes to room type or residence period (extension or reduction) will be allowed after the application deadline.

- 입사보증금은 퇴사 시 시설 및 비품에 대한 훼손이 없을 경우 전액 환불됩니다.

- The move-in deposit will be fully refunded upon check-out, provided there is no damage to the facilities or furnishings.
