1. 등록금 납부 (Tuition fee payment)

  가. 등록기간 : 2026. 7. 1.(수) ~ 7. 3.(금) 9:00 ~ 21:00 (마지막 날은 17시까지)

       (Period of payment : 2026. 7. 1.(Wed) ~ 7. 3.(Fri) 9:00~21:00 / The last day(3rd)'s deadline is 17:00 p.m.)

  나. 고지서 출력(Print out the tuition bill)

  - 일반전형 합격자(1st) : Link Click!

  - ID : 수험번호(Examination Number) / PW : 생년월일(Birth Date)+dg!, -YYMMDD+dg!

  다. 납부 방법 (How to pay)

    ① 은행창구납부(신한은행,국민은행) 또는 온라인 계좌이체

        (Pay by visiting the Bank(Shinhan or KB) / Also by online banking)

    ② 위챗페이(微信支付)를 통한 위완화 결제 (붙임 매뉴얼 참조)

        (Use Wechat pay (please refer below manual attached below))

     → 수험번호 입력

     → 고지서 상의 개인가상계좌번호 입력 후 '확인' 클릭하여 결제

    ③ 헤이영을 통한 Paypal 등록금 결제 (붙임 매뉴얼 참조)

      → 고지서 상의 개인가상계좌번호 입력 후 '확인' 클릭하여 결제

  라. 등록금 납부확인서 확인 방법 (How to checkout the bill) 

    - 등록금 납부 완료 후 '등록금납부확인' 버튼 클릭 (Press "등록금납부확인" after finishing payment)

2. 유의사항(notes)

  가. 해외에서의 송금은 절대 불가하오니 국내은행에서 납부하시기 바랍니다.

      (Registration payment must be made via Korean bank only. Wiring from overseasbank is not allowed.)

  나. 기간 내에 등록금을 납부하지 않으면 자동 불합격됩니다. 반드시 기간 내에 납부바랍니다.

       (Must paid withing the period. If not, acceptance will be cancelled.)

  다. SRD 합격자는 등록금을 납부하지 않아도 됩니다. (합격자 명단은 별도 확인 가능하니, 이메일 회신 불필요)

       (Sucessful SRD applicants do not need to pay the Tuition Fee, do not need to send apply information, we can check through Graduate School Team)

  라. 미제출서류 보완제출(Checking for Unsubmitted Documents)

  -  2026. 8월 졸업예정자의 학력서류(졸업증명서,성적증명서): 2026. 8. 28.(금)까지

      (Those who are expected to graduate on August 2026(Graduation Certificate and Transcript): By 2026. 8. 28.(Fri))

3. (VISA)표준입학허가서 발급(Issuance of Certificate of Admission)

  가. 일시 : 2026년 7월 (Period : July 2026)

  나. 표준입학허가서 발급은 등록금 납부 후 + 미비서류 없는 경우에만 가능

      (Issuance of Certificate of Admission will be given only after payment iscomplete, If there are any unsubmitteddocuments for admission, certificateissuance is not acceptable.)

  다. 발급 방법 : 원서접수 당시에 작성한 이메일주소로 글로벌학생팀에서 이메일 발송
