Application to Dormitories for Foreign Students at Seoul Campus

1.대상 (Eligibility)

: 2025-겨울학기 기준 외국인 재학생(학부/대학원)

: International students (current and newly admitted/transfer) enrolled in undergraduate or graduate program.

*교환학생은 글로벌교류팀으로 신청 Exchange students must apply to Office of International Relations

2.기숙사 정보 (Dormitory information)

3.입사기간 및 기숙사비 (Residence Period / Dormitory Fees)

*2025-겨울학기 입사기준일 이후 퇴사신청(입학포기 포함)시 환불규정에 의거 차감 환불 또는 환불금액이 없을 수 있습니다.

*After the designated dormitory check-in date for the 2025 Winter semester, any resignation (including admission withdrawal) will be subject to deductions or may be non-refundable according to the refund policy.

4.신청 일정 (Application Period)

※신청자가 많을 경우 일부 신청자는 입사가 제한될 수 있으며, 최종 신규 입사자는 내부 자체 검토 후 선발합니다.

※If the number of applicants exceeds the available capacity, some applicants may not be admitted. Final selection of new residents will be made after an internal review.

5.제출 서류 (Documents) ※매우 중요※

합격자 발표 후, 서류 제출 마감일(추후 이메일 안내 예정)까지 단 하나의 서류라도 누락될 시 기숙사 입사가 제한될 수 있습니다. 반드시 기간 내에 서류를 제출해주세요.

After the announcement of successful applicants, If even one required document is missing by the submission deadline (to be announced via e-mail), your admission to the dormitory may be restricted. Please make sure to submit all documents within the designated period.

③ 흉부 X-ray결과 확인서 (입사일 기준 30일 이내 발급된 서류만 가능 / 스캔본 제출)

Chest X-ray result confirmation (only documents issued within 30 days prior to the move-in date are accepted. Must be submitted in paper format.)

④ 홍역 예방접종 증명서 또는 홍역 항체검사 결과서

Measles Vaccination Certificate or Measles Antibody Test Results

(**항체검사 결과서 제출 시 항체 양성/음성 여부에 대한 의사 소견 필히 기재, 양성만 입사 가능. 접종사실이 없거나 음성인 경우 1차 예방접종후 홍역 예방접종확인서 제출)

(**If submitting an antibody test result, the doctor's opinion on whether the antibody is positive or negative must be included. Only students who test positive are eligible for dormitory admission. If you have no prior measles vaccination record or test negative, please receive the first dose and submit a Measles Vaccination Certificate.)

⑤ 실비보험 및 여행자 보험 가입 확인서 제출

A confirmation of private insurance or travel insurance that covers your stay in Korea.

6. 기타 (Etc)

- 2026-1학기 기숙사 모집은 1월 중으로 [국제통합공지]에 공지될 예정입니다.

The dormitory application for the 2026 spring semester is scheduled to be announced in January on the [국제통합공지].

- 인원 초과시 무작위로 충무학사에 배정될 수 있습니다.

If the number of applicants exceeds capacity, some students may be randomly assigned to Chungmu Dormitory.

- 인원 초과시 내부 검토 후 선발합니다. (상/벌점, 성적 등을 고려)

If the number of applicants exceeds capacity, selections will be made after internal review, taking factors such as merits/demerits and academic performance into consideration.

- 실비보험 혹은 여행자 보험 의무 가입

Enrollment in medical expense insurance or travel insurance is mandatory.

- 룸메이트및 호실은 임의 배정을 원칙으로 하며, 변경 불가함

Roommates and rooms are generally assigned at random and cannot be changed.

- 전염성 질환자, 정신질환자 등은 입사 불가

Individuals with contagious diseases or mental disorders are not eligible for admission.

- 집중 간병 및 보호가 필요한 경우 입사 거부 가능

 Admission may be denied if intensive caregiving or protection is required.
