Hello,

This is the Japanese Students’ Union in Asia (JSUA).

We are pleased to invite you to our 3rd Online Exchange Event for Japanese students studying in Asia:

“Cheers at the Asian Table”

This event offers a relaxed and welcoming opportunity for Japanese students studying in various parts of Asia to connect, have casual conversations, and share experiences over food and drinks from their host countries.

You will also have the chance to:

  • Learn about student life in other countries
  • Share questions or concerns that you may not usually have the opportunity to discuss

Small-group breakout rooms will be facilitated by moderators, so you can join comfortably even if you’re attending alone.

Date and Time: Wednesday, June 11, 2025 | 21:00–22:30 (Japan Standard Time)

Format: Online (Zoom)

Target Participants:

  • Japanese undergraduate and graduate students currently studying in Asia (all formats welcome)
  • Japanese students with past study abroad experience in Asia
  • Participants who can prepare food or drink related to their host country (even if currently back in Japan)

Event Program:

  • Opening: JSUA introduction and event overview
  • Breakout Room Sessions: Study abroad talks (rotating every 15 minutes)
  • Food and Self-Introduction Session
  • Closing: Feedback and next steps
