Group VISA Application for Foreign Students
(*어학연수생은 한국어교육원, 교환학생은 글로벌교류팀으로 문의 요망)
1. 신청대상 : 본교 재학 중인 학위과정 외국인 유학생
For whom : Enrolled undergraduate/graduate school students (D-2 holders)
2. 대상업무 : 외국인등록, 체류기간 연장, 체류자격 변경

* 본관 3층 학생CS센터에서 발급 Issue at Student CS Center(3F, Main Build.) ** 혜화관 6층 글로벌학생팀에서 발급 Issue at Office of International Students(6F, Hyehwa Hall) *** 잔액기준 : 6개월 연장 시 540만원, 1년 연장 시 1,080만원 Balance with at least KRW5,400,000 (6-months extension), KRW10,800,000 (1-year extension)

5. 유의사항 Note
가. 신청기간 외 접수 불가
Application is only available during the desginated period.
나. 온라인 신청만 가능
Only online application is available.
다. 체류자격 변경, 체류기간 연장하는 학생의 경우, 외국인등록증 후면의 주소지와 체류지입증서류 상의 주 소지가 일치해야 단체접수 가능 (불일치할 경우, 주소 변경 후 단체접수 신청)
In the case of visa change and visa extension, group application is possible only when the address on the back of the alien registration card and the address on the certificate of residence match. (If it is not matched, application will be acceptable after change their address.)
라. 서류제출 시 A4용지 크기 준수
Complies with the size of A4 paper when submitting documents.
마. 민원 종류별 구비서류 빠짐없이 준비하여 제출
If there are any missing documents, group application will not be permitted.
바. 제출하는 사진 크기는 3.5cm * 4.5cm만 가능
The size of the picture you submit is 3.5cm x 4.5cm.
사. 신(편)입학생 중 국내 학교 졸업자(D-2 비자 소지자)의 경우, 체류자격 변경에 준하는 서류를 준비하되, 수수료는 체류기간 연장에 해당하는 수수료(71,000원) 납부
New students having D-2 visa currently, they are regarded as visa extension. So the commission fee will be KRW60,000. However they need to submit documents for visa change.
