Announcement of the result of 2023-spring admission for international graduate students

2023학년도 1학기 일반대학원 외국인 입학전형 합격자를 다음과 같이 발표하오니 ,

합격자는 ‘합격자 유의사항’ 을 반드시 확인하시어 입학 및 비자변경에 문제가 없도록 유의하시기 바랍니다.

Successful Applicants must confirm the ‘Guideline for Successful Applicants’,

it include detailed schedule for admission, visa application information.

▶[외국인] 합격자 발표 확인 (Result of admission) (Click!!!)  

- 로그인 방법(How to Login) :  ID: 수험번호(Examination Number) / PW: 생년월일(Birth Date), - YYMMDD

- 크롬(Crome)을 사용하여 접속 바랍니다.

   Should use use Crome to login

■ 미제출서류는 2023. 1. 31.(화)까지 반드시 제출하시기 바랍니다.

    You should submit all the unsubmitted documents until 1.31.(Tue), 2023.

  - 2023. 2월 졸업예정자의 학력서류(졸업증명서, 성적증명서): 2023. 2. 24.(금)까지

     Those who are expected to graduate on 2023. 2(Graduation Certificate and Transcript): By 2023. 2. 24.(Fri)

•  제출처 : 혜화관 5층 글로벌입학팀 (Hyehwa building 5 Floor, Office of International Admissions)

■ 등록예치금 납부 (Deposit Payment) 

• 납부 기간 : 2022. 11. 28(월) ~ 11.29(화)

• 해당 기간에만 납부 가능하며, 기간 내에 등록예치금을 납부하지 않으면 자동 불합격됩니다. 반드시 기간 내에 납부 바랍니다.

• 해외 송금은 절대 불가합니다.

• SRD지원(예정)자는 등록예치금을 납부하지 않아도 됩니다. (지원자 명단은 일반대학원 학사운영실에서 별도 송부 받을 예정으로,

    학생 본인의 지원 정보 안내 불필요)

• Period of payment : 2022. 11. 28(Mon) ~ 11. 29(Tue)

• Must paid within the period, If not, acceptance will be cancelled.

• Deposit payment must be made via Korean bank only. Wiring from overseas bank is not allowed.

• SRD applicants do not need to pay the Deposit. (do not need to send apply information,

     we can check through Graduate School Team after apply period)

■ 등록금 납부 (Tuition fee Payment) 

• 납부 기간 : 2023. 1월 중(추후 재안내 예정)

• SRD 합격자는 등록금을 납부하지 않아도 됩니다. (지원자 명단은 일반대학원 학사운영실에서 별도 송부 받을 예정으로,

     학생 본인의 지원 정보 안내 불필요)

     Period of payment : 2023. January(Further notice will be announced)

     Successful SRD applicants do not need to pay the tuition fee. (do not need to send apply information,

     we can check through Graduate School Team after apply period)

■ 비자 변경 관련 서류 신청 (Regarding VISA)

• 표준입학허가서 발급(Issuance of Certificate of admission) : 2023.2월 이후(등록금 납부 후)

    (2023. February After tuition fee payment)

     * 표준입학허가서 발급은 등록금 납부 후에만 가능

        Issurance of Certificate of admission will be given only after payment is completed

    - 수령방법 : 글로벌입학팀에서 메일 발송 예정(원서접수 당시 입력한 이메일 주소로 메일 발송) 

       How to receive the certificate : Office of International Admission will send it by email

■ 2023-1학기 일반대학원 외국인입학 특별전형(추가모집)은 2022. 12월 중에 진행 예정입니다.

     2nd Track for 2023-1 will be start around December, 2022.
