2022-1 일반대학원 외국인합격자 등록금 납부(Payment of Tuition Fee)

1. 등록금 납부 (Tuition fee payment)

가. 등록기간: 2022. 1. 26(수) ~ 1. 28(금) 9:00~16:00

     (Period of payment : 2022. 1. 26(Wed) ~ 1. 28(Fri) 9:00~16:00)

나. 고지서 출력(Print out the tuition bill) → 1. 24(월)부터 출력 가능(Available from 1.24(Mon)

  - 일반전형 합격자(1st) : Link Click!

  ※ 고지서 출력 : 합격자발표 페이지 오른쪽 상단 ‘고지서출력’ (Click "고지서출력" on the right-upper side of the pop-up window.)

★ 로그인 방법(How to Login)

- 아이디 : 한국어 이름 입력 / 비밀번호 : 본인 생년월일dg! 입력

   (ID : Put applicant’s korean name / Password : applicant’s birth date + dg!(YYMMDD))

- (원서접수 당시 한글이름이 없어 '기타'로 선택한 학생은 '본인 여권 상의 영문이름' 으로 입력, 조회 불가시 전화 혹은 메일 문의)

    (If you put your Korean name ‘기타’ when did online application, please enter ‘기타’ in ID)

예시) 한국어 이름 : 홍길동 / 본인 생년월일 : 94년 1월 1일 → 로그인 아이디 : 홍길동 / 비밀번호 : 940101dg!

다. 납부방법(How to pay)

  ① 은행창구납부(신한은행, 국민은행) 또는 온라인 계좌이체

       (Pay by visiting the Bank(Shinhan or KB)/ Also by online banking)

  ② 위챗페이(微信支付)를 통한 위완화 결제 (붙임 매뉴얼 참조)

       (Use Wechat pay(please refer below manual attached below))

        → 신한은행 홈페이지 접속(https://www.shinhan.com/hpe/index.jsp#041007010000)

        → 학교선택 '52802-동국대 동국대학원(서울신'

        → 수험번호 입력

        → 고지서 상의 개인가상계좌번호 입력 후 '확인'클릭 하여 결제

라. 납부 확인(Confirmation of payment)

  - 등록금 납부확인서 출력(How to print out the bill)

    ①등록금 납부 완료 후 출력 가능(Print out available after payment has made)

    ②예치금 납부 팝업페이지 왼쪽 상단 세 번째 메뉴(납부확인)를 누르세요

       (Click the third menu‘ 납부확인’ on the left upper end of the pop-up window )

2. 유의사항(notes)

  가. 해외에서의 송금은 절대 불가하오니 국내은행에서 납부하시기 바랍니다.

        (Registration payment must be made via Korean bank only. Wiring from overseas bank is not allowed.)

  나. 기간 내에 등록금을 납부하지 않으면 자동 불합격됩니다. 반드시 기간 내에 납부바랍니다.

        (Must paid withing the period. If not, acceptance will be cancelled.)

   다. SRD합격자는 등록금을 납부하지 않아도 됩니다. (합격자 명단은 별도 확인 가능하니, 이메일 회신 불필요)

        (Sucessful SRD applicants do not need to pay the Tuition Fee, do not need to send apply information, we can check

        through Graduate School Team after apply period)

3. (VISA) 표준입학허가서 발급(Issuance of Certificate of Admission)

  가. 일시: 2022. 2 (Period : 2022. 2)

  나. 표준입학허가서 발급은 등록금 납부 후 + 미비서류 없는 경우에만 가능

        (Issuance of Certificate of Admission will be given only after payment is complete, If there are any 

         unsubmission documents for admission, certificate issuance is not acceptable.)

  다. 발급 방법 : 원서접수 당시에 작성한 이메일주소로 글로벌입학팀에서 이메일 발송

         (How to receive the certificate : Office of International Admissions will send it by Emai)l
