2022-1학기 외국인 일반대학원 합격자 발표

Announcement of the result of admission for international graduate students

2022학년도 1학기 일반대학원 외국인 입학전형 합격자를 다음과 같이 발표하오니 ,

합격자는 ‘합격자 유의사항’ 을 반드시 확인하시어 입학 및 비자변경에 문제가 없도록 유의하시기 바랍니다.

Successful Applicants must confirm the ‘Guideline for Successful Applicants’,

it include detailed schedule for admission, visa application information.

- 로그인 방법 : 한글이름 및 본인 생년월일 입력

(원서접수 당시 한글이름 '기타'로 입력한 학생은 '기타'로 입력)

 How to Login : Put korean name and applicant’s birth date(YYMMDD).

  (If you put your Korean name ‘기타’ when did online application because you don’t have korean name, please write down 기타 in name.)

- 아이디 : 한글이름 / 비밀번호 : 생년월일 + dg!

(예시 : 홍길동 95년 5월 5일 → 아이디 : 홍길동 / 비밀번호 : 950505dg!)

ID : Korean name / Password : (birth date)YYMMDD + dg!

(ex : korean name : 홍길동 birth date : 95.5.5→ ID : 홍길동 / Password : 950505dg!)

- 크롬, 엣지 사용 시 로그인이 어려울 수 있으니, 반드시 인터넷익스플로어로 접속 바랍니다.

   Should use internet explore to login, If you use Crome ,Edge or etc.. an error will occur

■ 미제출서류는 2022. 1. 14.(금)까지 반드시 제출하시기 바랍니다.

    You should submit all the unsubmitted documents until 1.14.(Fri), 2022.

  - 2022. 2월 졸업예정자의 학력서류(졸업증명서, 성적증명서): 2022. 2. 25.(금)까지

     Those who are expected to graduate on 2022. 2(Graduation Certificate and Transcript): By 2022. 2. 25.(Fri)

•  제출처 : 혜화관 5층 글로벌입학팀 (Hyehwa building 5 Floor, Office of International Admissions)

■ 등록예치금 납부 (Deposit Payment) 

• 납부 기간 : 2021. 11. 29(월) ~ 11.30(화)

• 고지서 출력 : 합격자 조회 페이지에서 11. 25(목)(예정)부터 출력 가능, 별도 공지 예정

• 기간 내에 등록예치금을 납부하지 않으면 자동 불합격됩니다. 반드시 기간 내에 납부바랍니다.

• 해외 송금은 절대 불가합니다.

• SRD지원(예정)자는 등록금을 납부하지 않아도 됩니다. (지원자 명단은 일반대학원 학사운영실에서 별도 송부 받을 예정으로,

    학생 본인의 지원 정보 안내 불필요)

• Period of payment : 2021. 11. 29(Mon) ~ 11. 30(Tue)

• Bill printout available in result announcement link from 11.25(Thur). Further notice will be announced .

• Must paid within the period, If not, acceptance will be cancelled.

• Deposit payment must be made via Korean bank only. Wiring from overseas bank is not allowed.

• SRD applicants do not need to pay the Deposit. (do not need to send apply information,

    we can check through Graduate School Team after apply period)

■ 비자 변경 관련 서류 신청 (Regarding VISA)

• 표준입학허가서 발급(Issuance of Certificate of admission) : 2022.2월 초 이후(등록금 납부 후)

    (2022.2(February) After tuition fee payment)

     * 표준입학허가서 발급은 등록금 납부 후에만 가능

        Issurance of Certificate of admission will be given only after payment is complete

    - 수령방법 : 글로벌입학팀에서 메일 발송 예정(원서접수 당시 입력한 이메일 주소로 메일 발송) 

       How to receive the certificate : Office of International Admission will send it by email

■ 2022-1학기 일반대학원 외국인입학 특별전형(추가모집)은 2021. 12월 중에 진행 예정입니다.

     2nd Track for 2022-1 will be start around December, 2021.
