Notice of Dormitory on Seoul Campus (Namsan, Chungmu residence) Application

1. 대상: 2021-2학기 외국인 재학생 / 신(편)입생 (학부/대학원)

For Whom: International students who are enrolling undergraduate / graduate program for the fall semester, 2021

* 교환학생은 글로벌교류팀으로 신청

Exchange students must apply to Office of International Relations

3. 입사기간 및 기숙사비 Residence Period / Dormitory Fees

※ 입사 후 입사기간 연장/단축/환불이 불가능하므로 신중하게 고려 후 기간선택 바랍니다.

Withdrawing, refunding, extending or shortening of the stay period is not allowed after check-in the dorm.

※ 4개월 거주자는 2021.11월 중 겨울방학 입사신청 시 연장신청 가능합니다.

4 months residents are eligible to extend their stay for the winter vacation in November, 2021.

※ 입사 보증금(10만원)은 퇴실 시 비품, 시설에 훼손이 없을 시 전액 환불

Deposit (KRW100,000) will be refunded after the students checked out and if nothing is damaged or lost in the dormitory.

※ 위 기숙사비에 식비는 포함되지 않음 (별도 구입)

Meal tickets are not included. (should be bought individually.)

4. 신청 일정 Application Period

★ 우선 선발 Priority

- 정부초청장학생 KGSP Scholar

- 2021-2학기 신(편)입생 Freshman / transfer student (학부생 우선)

- 재학생은 직전학기 성적순 High GPA scores at last semester

※ 신청자가 많을 경우 일부 신청자는 입사가 제한될 수 있습니다.

If there are a lot of applicants, students may be restricted from occupying the dormitory residence.

5. 신청 바로가기 Apply (Click) / 신청기간에만 OPEN 됨.

6. 유의사항 Notice

- 해외거주자의 경우, 입국 후 기숙사에서 자가격리하는 것은 불가합니다. 또한, 코로나검사 결과지를 지참하셔야 입사 가능합니다. For ones staying overseas, self-quarantine in the dorm after entering Korea is not allowed. Also, they must submit COVID test result to the dorm on the check-in date.

- 2021-2학기 입사기준일 이후 퇴사신청(입학포기 포함)시 환불규정에 의거 차감 환불 또는 환불금액이 없을 수 있습니다. Be aware of that refund is not paid in full if cancellation or withdrawal is made after check-in date.
