해외입국 외국인 PCR 음성확인서 제출 의무화 시행

  최근 전파력이 높은 코로나 19 변이 바이러스의 전 세계적 확산에 따라, 한국 정부는 2021.1.8.(금) 0시부터 해외에서 입국하는 모든 외국인에 대해 PCR 음성확인서 제출 의무화를 시행하기로 결정하였습니다.

 ㅇ 제출 대상 : 항공편을 이용해 국내에 입국하는 모든 외국인

※ 영국 및 남아공發 내국인의 경우 PCR 음성확인서 제출 대상에 포함

 ㅇ 시행일 : 2021. 1. 8 (금) 0시 이후 입국자부터 적용(국내 도착시간 기준)

 ㅇ 제출 방법 : 출발일 기준 72시간 이내 발급한 PCR 음성확인서를 검역단계에서 제출

                    (항공편 탑승 시 항공사 측에 제시 필요(미소지 시 탑승 불허))

※ PCR 음성확인서는 국문 또는 영문 진단서 원본이어야 하며, 만일 중국어로 발급된 경우에는 중국어 진단서 원본과 함께 국문 또는 영문 번역본 및 번역 인증서류(공증기관의 번역공증서 또는 재외공관의 영사인증)도 동시 제출

 ㅇ 검사 기관 : 모든 검사기관 인정

※ 기존 방역강화국가 중 5개국(필리핀, 우즈베키스탄, 키르키스스탄, 방글라데시, 네팔) 및 러시아(항만)는 기 지정된 검사기관만 인정 유지

ㅇ PCR 음성확인서 기준 미달(예: 출발일 기준 72시간 경과 발급) 또는 미제출자의 경우, 입국 불허

关于海外入境者提交PCR检测阴性证明的通知

  随着新冠变异病毒在世界范围内传播，为强化防疫，韩国政府从2021.1.8.（周五）0时起，提出全世界范围的外国入境者必须提交PCR检测阴性证明的措施。具体如下。

 一。适用对象 : 所有入境韩国的外国人

※包括持有再入境许可或免检证明的外国人及从英国, 南非出发的韩国人
 二。提交方法 : PCR检测阴性证明须在登机时向航空公司出示，并在入境防疫筛查时提交
 三。证明时效 : 须在出发日前72小时内开具
  *适用于现有的防疫强化国家（7国）及俄罗斯（港口）（48→72小时）
  *原则上应提交韩文或英文的PCR检测阴性证明原件，但出现以中文开具证明的情况，可提交以中文开具的证明原件与韩文或英文翻译件及翻译认证材料（领事认证或公证处公证）

 四。检测机构 : 认可所有的检测机构
  ※基本防疫强化国家中的5国（菲律宾, 乌兹别克斯坦, 吉尔吉斯斯坦, 孟加拉国, 尼泊尔）及俄罗斯（港口）维持原政策，须在指定机构进行检测
 五。施行时间 : 2021.1.8（周五）0时起（入境时间为准）
  ※港口将在2021.1.15（周五）0时起向乘船者实施

 六。对于未符合“PCR检测阴性证明”标准（开具日期距出发日超过72小时等）或未提交者，防疫所将向法务部申请不予其入境

Negative PCR test declaration mandatory for all foreigners travelling to the Republic of Korea

  The Government of Republic of Korea has decided to request all foreigners travelling to the Republic of Korea carry their own negative PCR test declaration in order to board an aircraft from 00:00 on 8 January 2021.

  The airlines that fly to Republic of Korea have been instructed by the Korean authorities to make sure that all foreign passengers are in possession of their own negative PCR test result before boarding. The PCR test must be conducted no more than 72 hours prior to the passenger’s scheduled departure. Anyone who does not carry his or her negative test declaration will be denied boarding.

  Also, all foreigners travelling to the Republic of Korea by ship from abroad must carry their own negative PCR test result from 00:00 on 15 January 2021. The PCR test must be conducted no more than 72 hours prior to the passenger’s scheduled departure. Anyone without his or her own negative test declaration will be denied to enter the Republic of Korea.

  Furthermore, the Government of Republic of Korea has decided that all passengers, including Korean nationals, travelling to the Republic of Korea from the United Kingdom and South Africa, must carry their own negative PCR test declaration from 0:00 on 1 January 2021.
