해외입국 외국인 치료비 자부담 안내(外籍入境人员新型冠状病毒治疗规定)

코로나19 해외입국 외국인 치료비 자부담 안내

1. 「감염병의 예방 및 관리에 관한 법률」개정에 따라, 2020년 8월 17일 0시부터 해외에서 입국한 뒤 검역이나 격리 과정에서 확진 판정을 받은 외국인이 국내 방역조치를 위반했을 경우, 치료비 전액을 본인이 부담해야 합니다.

예) 자가격리 장소 이탈, 격리명령 등 방역조치 위반, PCR 검사결과 허위 제출 등

2. 2020년 8월 24일 0시부터 해외 유입 외국인 확진자 중 해당 국가가 한국인의 치료비를 어느 정도 지원하는지에 따라 치료비를 일부 또는 전부 부담해야 합니다. 단, 국내 체류 중 코로나에 감염된 외국인은 지역사회 전파 차단을 위해 현재와 같이 치료비를 지원할 예정입니다.

外籍入境人员新型冠状病毒治疗规定

1. 根据《传染病预防及管理相关法律》规定，从2020年8月17日0时起，在入境检疫过程或此后隔离期间内确诊的外籍入境人员如果违反防疫规定，需由本人承担全部治疗费用
例）离开隔离场所，提交伪造的PCR检查结果等。

2. 从2020年8月24日0时开始，入境的外籍人员确诊感染时，根据韩国政府规定的互惠原则决定该人员需承担的费用。也就是说，对来自无偿治疗韩国公民的国家的公民提供免费治疗，否则将收取检查治疗费。另外, 针对在境内被感染的外籍人员，政府将持续补助治疗费用，以免疫情在社区中传播。

COVID-19 Treatment Expenses Guides for Foreigners traveling from Foreign Entry

1. In accordance with the revised「the Act on the Prevention and Management of Infectious Diseases」, violation of domestic quarantine measure will charge you to pay full amount of medical expenses. Starting from August 17, 2020, this applies to the foreigners who have entered Korea from abroad, and have tested positive for COVID-19.

e.g ) Violation of domestic quarantine measures, leave of your quarantine residence, and false submission of PCR result.

2. Starting from August 24, 2020, some or all of the treatment costs should be paid depending on the patient’s country’s medical expenses provision for Koreans. In case of COVID-19 confirmed patient who are living in Korea, to prevent the spread of COVID-19 virus, Korea government will provide medical expenses as before.
