2020-1학기 남산학사 외국인 유학생신청 안내 (2차)

Notice of Namsanhaksa Dormitory residence Application

1. 대상: 2020-1학기 외국인 재학생 / 신(편)입생 (학부/대학원)

For Whom: International Students who are enrolling for undergraduate/graduate program Spring semester, 2020. 

* 교환학생은 국제교류센터로 신청 (mr0807@dongguk.edu)

Exchange students must apply to International Relations Center(mr0807@dongguk.edu)

2. 입사기간 및 기숙사비 Period of Residence / Dormitory Fees

※ 입사 후 입사기간 연장 / 단축 / 환불이 불가능하므로 신중하게 고려 후 기간선택 바랍니다.

   Withdrawing, refunding, extending or shortening of the stay period is not allowed after residence admission.

※ 4개월 거주신청자는 2020. 4월 중 여름방학 입사신청 시 연장신청 가능합니다.

   4months residents are eligible to extend their residence for the summer vacation in April, 2020.

※  위 기숙사비는 입사보증금 10만원이 포함된 것이며, 입사 보증금은 퇴실 시 비품, 시설에 훼손이 없을 시 전액 환불

  Deposit will be refunded after the student has checked out and if nothing is damaged or lost in the dormitory.

※ 식권은 식당에서 별도 구입  Meal Tickets are to be bought individually.   

4. 신청일정 Application Period

 ★ 우선 선발 Priority

- 정부초청장학생 KGSP Scholar

- 2020-1 학기 신(편)입생 freshmen / transfer student (학부생 우선)

- 대학원 신입생 중 해외체류자

- 재학생은 직적학기 성적순 / 기숙사 벌점이 낮은 자 

  High GPA scores at last semester / small amount of dormitory penalty points 

※ 신청자가 많을 경우 일부 신청자는 입사가 제한될 수 있습니다.

   If there are a lot of applicants, students may be restricted from occupying the dormitory residence.

※ 추가합격자는 1차 불합격자와 2차 불합격자 중 우선순위가 높은 학생으로 선발 예정

5. 신청 바로가기 Apply (Click) / 신청기간에만 OPEN 됨.

6. 기숙사 신청 제한 Restriction for Applying

2019-2학기 (휴학생일 경우, 직전학기) 성적 평점평균이 2.0미만인 자, 기숙사 거주 중 벌점을 많이 받은 학생은 기숙사 신청 불가 Students who got GPA lower than 2.0 in their very recent semester or those who got a large amount of penalty points during their stay in the dormitory are not allowed to apply for this semester.

7. 유의사항 Notice

   가.  2020-1학기 입사기준일(2020.2.24.) 이후 퇴사신청(입학포기 포함)시 환불규정(남산학사 사생수칙 제 24조)에 의거 차감환불 또는 환불금액이 없을 수도 있습니다.   Be aware of that refund is not paid in full if application cancellation or withdrawal is made after.

   나. 2019-겨울방학 입사자가 2020-1학기에도 계속 입사할 경우, 퇴사하지 않고 계속 거주 하되, 추가되는 기숙사비는 2019-겨울방학 입사보증금에서 차감됩니다.  If students who lived in dorm at 2019 winter vacation and be planned to live in dorm at 2020 spring semester, that students can live in dorm, continuously. Dormitory fees will be deducted from your winter vacation deposit

   다. 기숙사는 2인 1실 입니다. Two person share one room.
