□ 인턴십 개요

❍ 인턴기간 : 2019.7.1(월) ~ 2019.8.16(금), 7주간 34일

❍ 모집인원 : 31명

❍ 수요부서 : 첨부문서 부서리스트 참조

- 서울 소재 대학·대학원에 재학 중인 외국인 학생

- 국내 체류기간이 2019년 8월 17일까지 유효한 자

❍ 근무시간 : 주5일(월~금), 1일 6시간(09:00~16:00)

❍ 업무보조금 지급(교통비, 식비 등) : 1일 50,100원

❍ 주요일정 : 오리엔테이션(19.7.1), 시정견학 및 진로 탐색(19.7.12), 문화체험(19.7.26), 봉사활동(19.8.2),수료식(19.8.16) 등

□ 인턴모집 및 신청방법

❍ 신청기간 : 2019.5.27(월) ~ 2019.6.03(월) 18:00

※ 기한 내 도착 서류에 한하여 접수

❍ 제출서류 : (필수) 신청서 1, 신청서 2, 재학증명서, 성적증명서, 한국어능력시험 (TOPIK) 점수 , 외국인등록증 사본 각 1부

(선택) 컴퓨터 활용 자격증, 인턴 경력 증명서, 한국어 외 어학 성적 증명서

❍ 제출방법 : hwp, doc, xls 형식으로 이메일 제출

❍ 제출주소 : global_intern@seoul.go.kr

□ 선발방법 및 선발안내

❍ 1차 서류심사

- 선발기준 : TOPIK 점수, 부서 요구사항(전공, 언어 등), 인턴경력 등 종합 판단

- 선발인원 : 모집인원 3배수까지 선발

- 결과발표 : 2019.6.10(월) 18:00 예정, 1차 합격자 개별 통보(이메일 및 문자)

❍ 2차 면접심사

- 면접기간 : 2019.6.12.(수)~ 6.19(수)

- 심사방법 : 개별면접(면접기간 중 모집부서 방문 면접)

❍ 최종 합격자 통보 : 2019.6.25(화) 18:00 예정

※ 최종합격자는 문자 및 이메일로 개별 통보하며, 적격자가 없는 부서의 경우 선발하지 않을 수 있습니다. 기타 자세한 사항은 서울시 외국인다문화담당관(02-2133-5077)으로 문의바랍니다.

□ Internship Overview

❍ Period : 2019.7.1(Mon.) ~ 2019.8.16(Fri.) (7 weeks total, 34 days)

❍ Number of Recruits : 31 people

❍ Eligibility

- Foreign undergraduate or graduate students enrolled in universities located

in Seoul(exchange students are also eligible to apply)

- Period of sojourn(visa) must be valid until August 17th 2019

❍ Working Hours : Mon.~Fri. from 09:00 to 16:00 (1hr. lunch break)

❍ Wage (including stipend for transportation, food, etc.) : 50,100 won per day

❍ Major Events : Orientation(19.07.01), Seoul Field Trip(7.12),Cultural experience Activity(7.26), Volunteer Activity(08.09), Closing Ceremony(2.22), etc.
